Mast Lighting manufactures under customer brands as well as our own. OEM means you own the design and we build it; ODM means you start from a proven Mast Lighting platform and we adapt the specification to your market. Both run through the same audited factory, with research and development, production, engineering and export inside one organisation.
OEM or ODM — which route fits your business
Most private-label enquiries fall into two shapes. A brand owner already has a defined product and needs a factory that can build it accurately at price — that is OEM. An importer or distributor needs a competitive product line in a specific market quickly, with the technical decisions made by someone who understands the conditions — that is ODM. Mast Lighting operates both.

Every product is manufactured to order rather than picked from stock, so the parameters below are open on essentially the whole range — solar street lights, LED street lights, high mast lights, lighting poles, garden lights, traffic structures, photovoltaic modules and LiFePO4 storage.

Requirement analysis
You send the target market, application, quantity expectation and any existing drawings or reference products. We identify what must be engineered and what already exists.

Free Dialux design & proposal
For project-driven orders we run a photometric simulation, then return a specification proposal and quotation with the sizing assumptions stated openly.

Sample confirmation
A sample is produced against the agreed specification for your approval, including branding placement and packaging where relevant.

Mass production
Manufacturing under ISO9001 management with inspection at incoming material, in-process, ageing and pre-shipment stages.

Export & after-sales
Shipment under our own import and export rights, with installation guidance, commissioning support, remote troubleshooting and warranty service.

Products offered under OEM/ODM
All eight product lines are available for private-label supply. A distributor building a market-entry line typically starts with solar street lights and poles; a brand owner extending an existing catalogue usually begins with a single luminaire family.

- Solar Street Light
All-in-one and split solar street lights from 50W to 300W with LiFePO4 storage, 3–7 rainy-day autonomy and a 3-year warranty.
- LED Street Light
Modular grid-powered LED road lamps from 120W to 320W reaching up to 200–220 lm/W, with anti-glare optics and IP65 die-cast aluminium housings.
- High Mast Light
High mast lighting systems from 20 to 60 metres for ports, airports, stadiums, mining sites and highway interchanges.
- Lighting Pole
Hot-dip galvanized tapered steel light poles in 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m heights, engineered to withstand Grade 12 typhoon winds.
- Garden Light
Decorative outdoor garden and landscape lamps for parks, residential compounds, villas and pedestrian areas, in grid and solar versions.
- Traffic Signal Light Pole
Traffic and rail transit signal poles, cantilever arms and supporting facilities for intersections and municipal traffic projects.
- Solar Panel
Monocrystalline photovoltaic modules supplied as matched components for solar lighting systems and renewable energy projects.
- Lithium Battery
LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) battery packs for solar lighting storage, with a typical 5–8 year service life and wide-temperature operation.
