Sourcing a lighting project from several suppliers means several delivery dates, several warranties and no single party responsible when a pole and a luminaire do not fit together. Mast Lighting manufactures the luminaire, the pole, the photovoltaic module and the battery, holds independent import and export rights, and contracts the installation work — so a complete road lighting package leaves as one shipment against one specification.

How do solar street lights work?
A photovoltaic module charges a LiFePO4 battery during daylight, and an intelligent controller discharges it to the LED luminaire after dusk. Mast Lighting controllers support light control, timer control, PIR motion sensing, dimming and remote monitoring.
How long do solar street light batteries last?
LiFePO4 cells have a typical service life of 5 to 8 years. The complete solar street light carries a 3-year warranty.
How many years does a solar street light last?
The luminaire, pole and photovoltaic module normally outlast the battery. With one battery replacement in the 5–8 year window, a correctly specified Mast Lighting installation continues in service well beyond a decade.
What is the best mounting height for a street light?
Mounting height is set by road width and the lighting class you must achieve, not by a fixed rule. Mast Lighting supplies 6m, 8m, 10m and 12m poles, plus 20–60m high masts for large open areas, and confirms the correct height through a free Dialux simulation.
