Overview
Traffic signal poles carry more than a lamp: signal heads, pedestrian units, cameras, detectors and sign plates all hang from the same structure, often on a long cantilever arm over live traffic lanes. Mast Lighting fabricates signal poles, cantilever and gantry arms and their foundation hardware as engineered structures, hot-dip galvanized for a long maintenance-free service life.
The range extends into rail transit signalling support and traffic facility equipment, which sits alongside our lighting and smart-city product lines — the same intersection often needs signal poles, street lighting columns and camera mounting in one coordinated package.
Arm length, mounting bracket positions, cable routing, base flange pattern and anchor bolt layout are all produced to project drawings, and finishes can be specified to match municipal standards.

Can you produce signal poles to municipal drawings?
Yes. Arm length, bracket positions, flange pattern, anchor bolt layout and finish are all produced to the project drawings supplied by the customer or their design institute.
Can lighting columns and signal poles be supplied together?
Yes. Mast Lighting manufactures street lighting columns, signal poles and traffic facilities in-house, so an intersection package can be supplied and finished to one consistent standard.
What corrosion protection is used?
Poles are hot-dip galvanized inside and out, with optional powder coating over the galvanizing where a specified colour is required.
