We collect two kinds of information through this website.

Information you send us. When you submit an enquiry form we receive the details you enter — typically your name, company, email address, telephone or messaging number, country, product interest, quantity and the description of your project. You choose what to include; only the fields marked as required are necessary for us to reply.

Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure records the IP address and approximate country of form submissions as a spam-prevention measure, along with standard server request logs. If website analytics are enabled, aggregate usage statistics such as pages viewed and referring source may also be collected.

Why we use it

Enquiry information is used to prepare a reply: to produce a product configuration, a lighting design, a quotation or the documentation you asked for, and to follow up on that enquiry. Technical information is used to keep the website available and to prevent automated abuse of the enquiry form. We do not use enquiry information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Cookies and analytics
