Power Components
Monocrystalline solar panels for lighting and renewable energy inquiries, with original supplier photos and model-specific electrical review before quotation.
Overview
Mast Lighting supplies monocrystalline solar panels as an agent/distributor of Zijun Lighting for outdoor lighting and renewable energy projects. Importers, distributors and engineering contractors can request modules only or a separately reviewed system package. A panel supplies electricity; compatible charge control, storage and lighting loads must be specified separately.
The six original supplier photographs show the source product range, not six verified electrical configurations. The source uses ZJ-007 in its header, YLT 175W in one parameter block, and ZJ-012 through ZJ-018 in a separate table. Their relationship and photo-to-model mapping are unconfirmed. Each reference is a supplier designation, not a Mast Lighting SKU.
The 175W block and the separate 300W, 330W, 360W, 390W, 480W, 500W and 520W table must not be merged into one specification. The matrix contains conflicting voltage/current labels and units; the 175W efficiency claim also conflicts with the stated output and dimensions. Values below are qualified source references, not approved design inputs. Request a corrected, model-matched datasheet before selection.
For solar street lights, daily demand depends on load watts and operating hours, including dimming periods. Watts describe power; watt-hours describe energy over time. Local solar resource, seasonal conditions, losses and shading affect the required panel and lithium battery capacity. No panel rating guarantees full recharge on every overcast day.
Rated output at standard test conditions is not constant field output. Cell efficiency is not whole-module efficiency, and maximum system voltage is not normal module output voltage. Confirm the controller’s PV input limits, battery charging requirements, mounting and protection independently. Our solar street light calculator provides a preliminary estimate, not compatibility approval.
Technical parameters
Compare these category parameters with your project requirements. Confirm configurable values and supporting documentation for the selected model before ordering. Free Dialux lighting design supports the lighting layout only. PV energy sizing, controller and battery compatibility, electrical protection and mounting require separate checks; DIALux does not validate a PV module.
| Source identity and photo scope | The page header says ZJ-007, a separate block says YLT 175W, and another table lists ZJ-012 through ZJ-018. These are supplier references, not Mast Lighting SKUs. Their relationship and correspondence to the six photos are unconfirmed. |
|---|---|
| Maximum power reference | The YLT block lists 175W maximum power. This is a separate source reference, not a confirmed rating for every gallery view or a guarantee of field output. Request the current model datasheet and flash-test record. |
| Cell configuration | The YLT block lists 72 monocrystalline cells in a 6 × 12 arrangement, with 125 × 125 mm cells. Confirm the cell format and count for the quoted module; do not apply these to the other model table. |
| Dimensions and weight | The YLT block lists 1580 × 808 × 50 mm and 15 kg. Supplier-listed only; confirm the drawing, frame depth, mounting locations and packing weight for the selected module. |
| Open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current | The YLT block lists Voc 43.9V and Isc 5.30A. These are unverified source values, not approved controller or string-sizing inputs. Confirm test conditions and temperature coefficients in a model-matched datasheet. |
| Maximum-power operating point | The YLT block lists Vmp 36.2V and Imp 4.85A. Retained together as source-listed values only; they do not establish compatibility with a particular battery or controller. |
| Maximum system voltage | 1000V DC is stated in the YLT block. It is not the module operating voltage, a battery voltage or an approved string design. Verify the selected module rating and insulation/safety documentation. |
| Efficiency and fill factor — unresolved | The source claims 21.25% in the header and ≥21.25% in the YLT block, but these are inconsistent with the listed 175W output and module dimensions under the source STC irradiance. No verified efficiency is adopted. The listed 70% fill factor also requires a matching test record; cell and module efficiency are not interchangeable. |
| Power tolerance — source notation | The YLT block writes 0%–3%, without a clear signed tolerance statement. Confirm the permitted lower and upper limits; do not substitute the separate matrix tolerance. |
| Source model-to-power columns | The source explicitly pairs ZJ-012: 300W; ZJ-013: 330W; ZJ-014: 360W; ZJ-015: 390W; ZJ-016: 480W; ZJ-017: 500W; ZJ-018: 520W. These are supplier-listed STC references, not Mast Lighting SKUs or confirmed availability. No continuous 175W–520W range is implied. |
|---|---|
| Voltage/current rows — not adopted | The matrix has mixed labels and units: its Voc row includes 32.1A, Vmp entries are labeled A, Isc entries are labeled V, and an Imp entry reads 1029A. No corrected matrix is inferred. Obtain a corrected, model-matched datasheet before electrical design. |
| Efficiency and power tolerance | The matrix lists efficiencies from 17.18% to 20.50% and writes a −0 to +5% power tolerance. Treat these as unverified entries in that separate table, not confirmed specifications for the 175W reference or all modules. |
| Standard test conditions | The matrix states irradiance 1000 W/m², cell temperature 25°C and air mass 1.5. STC rated watts describe a test condition, not constant installed output or daily watt-hours. |
| Application class | The matrix lists Class A without a matching report or complete standard reference. This is not independently verified certification or approval for a particular installation. |
| Cell technology and busbars | Monocrystalline silicon with 5BB, 6BB, 9BB and 12BB options is listed. These are unpaired choices, not one combined construction or proof of the cell design in every photo. |
|---|---|
| Front glass | The header lists 3.2 mm high-transmission, low-iron tempered glass. Confirm the selected module construction; no transmission percentage or impact rating is established. |
| Frame and finish | Anodized aluminum-alloy frame, silver or black, is listed. Confirm finish, frame dimensions and mounting provisions for the quoted variant. |
| Junction box protection | IP65 is listed for the junction box only. It is not a whole-module or complete-installation IP rating. Confirm the box, cable-entry and connector documentation for the selected model. |
| PV cable and connections | The source lists 4 mm² PV cable and 300/1400 mm lengths, without a model or polarity assignment. Cable lengths, connector type, polarity, bypass-diode arrangement and supplied terminations require confirmation; no connector brand is assumed. |
| Mechanical load — unresolved | The YLT block writes 70 m/s (200 kg/m²) as a surface load entry. Test method, mounting conditions, load direction and units are not resolved. No wind or snow rating is adopted and no unit correction or equivalence is inferred. |
| Packing | Wooden plate, carton and pallet packing are mentioned. Confirm the packing arrangement, handling requirements and dimensions for the order; protective hardware and mounting kits are not presumed included. |
| Controller and battery compatibility | A 12V or 24V battery label alone does not establish compatibility. Review confirmed Voc, Vmp, Isc and Imp, temperature-adjusted voltage, series/parallel arrangement, controller input limits and battery charging requirements before selection. |
|---|---|
| Energy-sizing inputs | Provide daily load in Wh, operating/dimming schedule, location, seasonal solar resource, shading, orientation, system losses and autonomy target. Rated panel watts are not daily energy; full recharge in every weather condition is not guaranteed. |
| Temperature and field conditions | Operating-temperature limits, temperature coefficients and degradation data are not clearly supplied. Request them for the quoted module. Irradiance, cell temperature, shading, orientation and soiling affect field output. |
| Certificates and test records | ISO, CE, TÜV, IEC 61215 and EN are source references, not checked model-specific documents. Request document holder, model scope, test standard/edition and applicable reports. A manufacturing-partner factory audit does not certify every PV module. |
| Warranty and service life | No model-specific product warranty, performance-warranty duration, degradation schedule or service-life commitment is established by this source. Request written terms, exclusions, responsible party and claim procedure; lighting-product warranties do not transfer automatically. |
| Panel-only versus system supply | Define the quote as modules only or a reviewed system package. Batteries, controllers, inverters, luminaires, brackets, poles, cables beyond the agreed module leads, protection devices and installation are not automatically included. |
| OEM/ODM and documents | OEM orders are listed as acceptable. Submit power, dimensional, cable, frame-finish, labeling and packing requests for review with the manufacturing partner. Availability and branding scope require written confirmation; request a confirmed datasheet rather than relying on the source table. |
| Commercial and export details | MOQ, samples, price, lead time and shipping terms require quotation. The listed capacity 10000 has no clear period or unit, and HS code 854140200 requires destination-specific classification review. Neither is a Mast Lighting production claim or an order guarantee. |
