Why buyers ask for a solution rather than a product code

Mast Lighting is an integrated manufacturer: research and development, production, engineering contracting and export sit inside one organisation in Yangzhou, Jiangsu. That structure is what allows a specification to be adjusted for a project — battery capacity for a monsoon climate, pole wall thickness for a wind zone, optics for a given road width — instead of the project being adjusted to fit a catalogue.

Each scenario below combines products from our own factory: solar street lights, LED street lights, high mast systems, lighting poles, traffic structures, photovoltaic modules and LiFePO4 storage. Every configuration is confirmed by a free Dialux simulation before production, and OEM/ODM customization is available throughout.

    Battery capacity, panel power, LED wattage, pole design, finish and smart control functions fixed against the design.

    Manufacture under ISO9001 management with inspection at incoming material, in-process, ageing and pre-shipment stages.

What lighting standards do you design to?
We design to the standard that applies at the project location and to the lighting class stated in the tender. The Dialux simulation reports average illuminance, uniformity ratio and glare so the result can be checked against whichever standard governs the contract.
How long will a solar street light last in service?
LiFePO4 batteries carry a typical service life of 5 to 8 years and the complete solar street light carries a 3-year warranty. Luminaire, pole and photovoltaic module normally remain serviceable considerably longer.
How many rainy days of backup can the solar systems support?
Standard configurations provide 3 to 7 consecutive rainy days of autonomy. Larger battery capacities are specified for monsoon regions and long overcast seasons.
Do you supply poles and traffic structures as well as luminaires?
Yes. Mast Lighting manufactures hot-dip galvanized poles from 6m to 12m, high masts from 20m to 60m, traffic signal structures and garden columns alongside the luminaires, photovoltaic modules and LiFePO4 storage — one supplier for the complete package.
Is the lighting design really free?
Yes. The Dialux photometric design is provided at no charge for project enquiries. Send the road width, pole height and spacing you are considering and our engineers return the simulation.
