Use of the website

You may browse the site and use its content for legitimate business purposes, including evaluating our products for a project. You may not use the site to distribute malicious code, to submit automated or fraudulent enquiries, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the infrastructure, or in any way that interferes with its operation for other users.

Product information

Technical parameters published on this website — wattage ranges, luminous efficacy, battery chemistry and service life, autonomy days, ingress protection ratings, operating temperature bands, pole heights and wind ratings — describe our standard product families and are given in good faith. Products are manufactured to order and specifications are subject to continuous improvement, so the parameters that apply to your contract are those stated in the written quotation, specification sheet or order confirmation issued for that order, not those on this page.

Performance figures such as illuminance and uniformity depend on the installation geometry. Where we provide a lighting design, the calculated results apply to the layout and inputs supplied to us; changes to road width, mounting height, spacing or luminaire selection change the result.

Quotations and orders

Prices and configurations issued in response to an enquiry are quotations, not binding offers, and remain valid for the period stated on the quotation. A contract arises only when an order is confirmed in writing by us. Minimum order quantities, sample terms, lead times, payment terms and delivery terms are those confirmed in writing for the specific order.

Warranty

Warranty terms — including the three-year warranty applicable to solar street lights — are set out with the order documentation and apply to products used, installed and maintained in accordance with the supplied guidance. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage from incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, misuse or force majeure events. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, photographs, illustrations, drawings, technical tables, layout and the Mast Lighting name and marks — is our property or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use it commercially without our written consent. Where we manufacture under a customer's brand, that customer's marks and designs remain their property and are used only for their order.

Third-party links

The site may link to third-party websites, including social platforms and marketplace storefronts. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on general information published on it.
